As Director of Student Marketing Operations, Julie focuses on developing the systems and products that enable prospective students to find their ideal online education program.
Julie joined the Noodle Partners team with 15 years of marketing experience — nearly a decade of which was spent working in higher education. Before joining Noodle Partners, Julie served as Head of Product Marketing for GetSmarter, an online short course provider based in Cape Town, South Africa. Prior to that, Julie worked at 2U, Inc. as Director of Brand Marketing where she helped drive the growth of online graduate programs in the business, healthcare, international relations, law and public health verticals. Julie’s tenure in higher education also includes experience with the creative side of the house where she spent several years as a copywriter for Laureate Education.
Before her career in higher education, Julie worked in the telecommunications industry where she led marketing for Comcast’s line of business class products. She holds a bachelor’s in communication arts from University of Notre Dame of Maryland, a master’s in legal and ethical studies from University of Baltimore, as well as a master’s in digital communications from Syracuse University.
