Dana Sweitzer Dana joined Noodle Partners with two decades of experience in a Fortune 200 company (Cummins Inc.) where she was a confidant and contributor to C-suite leaders and their leadership teams as they grew the business from $4B to $17B. She knows first hand the value of advanced education both for the individual and for companies seeking to retain and grow the people within their organization. During her time at Cummins, executive leaders gave Dana challenging leadership and hands-on roles in Engineering, Operations, Global Supply Chain, Human Resources, Corporate Growth and Strategy, and Corporate Responsibility. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Masters of Business Administration from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Dana also brings her experience in leadership development, succession planning, and mentoring programs – both as participant and as a leader. As a mentor, Dana has coached and counseled hundreds of individuals as they sought to advance their careers, many of whom were promoted and are now leaders. She also has extensive experience recruiting from targeted universities in the fields of business and engineering. Dana has learned from some of the best leaders in the world in the context of some of the best systems and processes in business. She is very experienced and comfortable listening to individuals and guiding them into decisions relating to their personal and professional growth. Dana currently resides in Santa Monica with her daughter.
