NoodleScheduler Support Install | Uninstall | Contact Support Installing the “NoodleScheduler” Zoom Marketplace App Step 1 Go to https://www.noodle-partners.com/noodlescheduler-install Step 2a Click the “Add to Zoom” button. Authorize the installation of the NoodleScheduler Zoom Marketplace app by clicking “Authorize.” Below is a screenshot of the installation page. *Make sure that you are logged in as the administrator of your Zoom account before you click the “Add to Zoom” button. The NoodleScheduler Zoom Marketplace app requires the following of Zoom’s API: View and manage your meetings: NoodleScheduler creates new Zoom meetings to schedule Live Sessions, can delete those meetings and can manage the webhooks of those meetings to access the recording and attendance of the Live Sessions. View your user information: NoodleScheduler can access meeting participants for Live Sessions. View and manage your user information: NoodleScheduler sets the host of the meeting and can access the meeting attendees for the Live Sessions View your meetings: NoodleScheduler is able to retrieve meetings by specific meeting IDs View and manage your recordings:NoodleScheduler is able to access recordings for the meetings and delete them when they complete the transfer to Kaltura View your recordings:NoodleScheduler is able to access recordings for the meetings Step 2b If the account requires pre-approval, you will see the following screen: Click “Request pre-approval.” The account Owner will need to pre-approve the app. Step 3 Upon successful installation, you will be redirected to the following page: You have completed the NoodleScheduler Zoom Marketplace app installation! Uninstalling NoodleScheduler To uninstall the NoodleScheduler app from your Zoom account, please follow the steps below. Note: Uninstalling the NoodleScheduler Zoom Marketplace app will retroactively and permanently affect the Live Sessions that have already been scheduled. Step 1 Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/ and sign in as the Zoom administrator. *You must be an administrator of the institution’s Zoom account to manage apps.
